5 pm- Meet and Greet (light snacks provided) at Embassy Suites hotel 

6 pm- Boarding the boat (Summer of George)

6.30-10.30 pm- Fun and frolic with food/drinks/dance

 

Aug 12th, 2023

9.30-10.30 am- Breakfast & CME 

10.30-11 am- General Body Meeting 

5 pm onwards- Meet and Greet (light snacks provided) followed by Gala Dinner @ Embassy Suite Ballroom 

 

Note: There will be 40 $ fee for CME certificate for those who desire to get CME. This fee is separate from the registration fee. Details about paying this fee will be disclosed later.

GMCJANA members and spouses- 550 $ per person

Trainees- 400 $ per person

Kids < 7 yr= Free of cost 

Kids 7-12 yr=250 $ per kid

Kids 13-18 yr=350 $ per kid

 

For Only Parents and children >18 yrs.

1. Single event- 300 $ per person

2. Both events- 400 $ per person
